Hopefully they've maintained the level of quality. I've got a full Staintune system on my DR650 and it's very well made, haven't seen any of their products post sale of the business

Yea, they're under the Verex banner now, I haven't confirmed if it will be branded Verex or Staintune, but either way, I believe Verex to offer some very nice looking cans.

I have Staintunes on a couple of bikes.

Can't fault the build quality or how little they have aged with use.

The sound is a personal thing. Most on the exhausts I use are either alloy or carbon fibre, mostly Yoshi's. The Staintunes have a different tone to them. Hard to describe, not harsh, but more tinny / metallic, lacking the deeper sound my other pipes give.

They are a good replacement for a stock system, but not really a performance pipe.
