Happy New Year all. Quiet one this year, at home being grandad to 3 kids while the mums & dads party.  :onya:

Just back from the Sunset at
Mt. Tamborine with another one of our ride crews.
Nice ride up not much traffic. Down was a different story absolutely pitch black so very reliant on memory and highbeam 😳😳😳

Bed at 9pm, up at 4:30.
Drove into the city and did a 5k Park Run with the locals at 7am.

A pretty slow 38 minutes 41 seconds, but better than I managed in the last year and still shaving my times down after my heart problems.

I don't really do New Years Resolutions, but my Park Run times and quarter mile at Willowbank times are both things I'm aiming for in 25.

I hope everyone has a good year.

My 2025 resolution is to ride more.

Here's my advice. Do a quarter mile park run and 5 km straight line on the bike. :)
