Title: Meta Mi
Post by: MickyJB on Thursday, 28 November 2024, 06:11 PM
Went for a ride this morning, beautiful day for it, usual mix of twisty and straight. Good fun. Was sending some pics to my son and META Mi 'asked' if I'd like to imagine some pics .   This is the result of the GSX1400

Not for me either. I'm starting to see a lot of AI crap on Utube now. Never mind I suppose someone somewhere thinks it's real

Realising it's just AI, however still impressed with some of the styling cues it's used. Could be inspiration for someone looking to customise or 'farkle' their ride.

That's funny Col, I was watching a motorbike clip on Utube tonight & I was thinking somethings not quite right with this, weird pic's compared to the commentary.  They were talking about riding gear & coloured gear & the pic showed (a few times) a gearbox with coloured gears & shafts!!  when it was riding apparel they were on about.   I twigged it was a crap AI production & switched channel.

Asked an AI thingy about an Intel processor. Its answer was that the CPU does not exist. Even supplying a direkt site from manufacturer did not convince the AI NI. We parted when I said that I will never talk to an inbecile again.

That tech has a very long way to go ...

I tend to read it as Artificial Imbecile as that's how it normally presents itself.

Thank you Hooli for the very polite correction of my spelling. ;)
Artificial Imbecile ... love it :coffeescreen:

Told my 20 year old neighbor to inform himself about a function of his travel router. He did and send me an email with what he found. Started with "I looked everywhere". Then a fairly long text of vague stuff. In summary inconclusive crap. Later I talked to him and found out that he consulted an AI engine about it. The whole email text was AI generated.

IMO, worse than AI are those who use and believe it. Sounds like journalists have been using the crap for years.

Yes, agree Andre. We had a young engineer start, his job was to evaluate a proposal for a site wide set of reverse pulse dust collectors. His review came back quite fast and lengthy. A quick check confirmed our suspicions by providing an almost word for word response. Turns out he'd asked an AI chatbot to do the comparison.  I dont think he will last very long...

To be honest, I'd not noticed your error.

I keep trying to learn German & get virtually nowhere, I must too old for new tricks.

Natural stupidity will beat artificial intelligence every time  :rofl3:

At least we (still) have a choice to use AI. Much harder to avoid the naturals.

I try to dodge artificial, knees, hips, shoulders. Mine still work fine, my brain also works, no need for AI prompts.
