Are the indicator connectors inside the headlight supposed to be this style?
A previous owner had done some lovely "twist the wires together and tape it up" type connections for the rear and I tracked down original style connectors to tidy it up. The front currently has bullet style connectors that almost look like they should be there, but I may replace them with the OEM style too.
All 4 are the oem style AFAIK.
Yup, that's how they should look.
I can't remember if it's grey or black for left or right though.
Yes they are correct
You can get a universal bullet to the standard connector online amazon,eBay and the likes so you'd just need to add a bullet connector to what you have then everything would work as it should

Hey Lurch, don't suppose you have the part number and Aus source handy?

I didn't manage to find them in Australia unfortunately. Sourced them (non-genuine) from Webike Japan along with a few other parts I was chasing
Daytona 96193 (black) (https://japan.webike.net/products/23394563.html)
Daytone 96194 (grey) (https://japan.webike.net/products/23394592.html)
Also just in case anyone finds this topic in future when searching - here's a photo I found showing which wire colours go to the black and grey connectors. I haven't had a look to work out which is left or right, but you'll work it out.
Grey is Left on NZ versions
Thanks Lurch,
Yep grey is left of bike in Aus too
