Title: Fork oil / air gap on my K3
Post by: Tonythetiger on Monday, 15 April 2024, 02:12 AM
Hi chaps, I'm on doing the fork oil on my K3 with what I think are standard springs in them, how much oil should I put back in eack fork, from memory it's about 650ml per leg but I can't remember and what should the air gap be with the tube fully down?
It's a couple of years since the last time I done them so i'm changing the seals and oil and I've stripped the paint off the forks and gave them a good polishing which has came out very nicely. I know I only done them in 2022 but I got a bit carried away and forgot to keep details of it.
