I get confused with last couple of 14 models. Is SE up north same as my K7? Is FE a bike sold in Uk? I know i should be onto this after all these years but im not😵

I thought ours was the FE as well? not heard of an SE :bugga:
I've not heard of a SE either. But I have occasionally seen the FE referred to as a special edition, so maybe that's it?
I believe that the FE (Final Edition) was first used to refer to the 2006 model but was then carried on the 2007 model but that came with a sticker on it say it was the FE, although mine doesn't have the sticker but it's defiantly a 2007.
FE is what Micky J just bought, pic on there, maybe Oz model, thats why i get confused

I've seen a K6 with the sticker, I presume it was original as the bike looked totally unmolested.
The SE was Special Edition as far as I'm aware.
Mine is 03/08 but the VIN states it's a 07' model according to Suzuki Dealer. I'm in Australia and it has the Special Edition decal on the tank which is predominantly white with the coloured flashes below
Haven't worked out how to include photo. :whatever:
Lets put this discussion to bed.
The K5, K6 and K7 were all "Final Edition" models - the only difference between all of them was the paint job, everything else remained the same.
The K5, K6 and K7 were all sold in both Europe and Australia / New Zealand
In Australia (possibly New Zealand, not sure) only, Suzuki sold the SE, sometimes referred to as the K8, which came out after the K7, Whilst I believe the engine and components (still) remained the same as the K5/6/7, apart from changing the colour scheme (again), there were a number of additional cosmetic changes making it a "Special Edition"

The FE sticker came in the bag with owners hand book
I've got 2 still in The packet for our k5(black bike emmas) and my k6(the blue/white bike) I just never stuck them on the bikes .
Im glad I've got a K3, none of this confusion and faffing about with stickers.
Here's a pic of a 2008 SE, see if you can spot the differences. Amazing that fecken bazooka is still there!

That bazooka helps them hear better! :onya:
14 years and 100k/km I had my GSX1400SE until that sad day last July. An awesome bike and proudly displayed its shining Bazooka until its final day. 😢
