Title: Why Bikers Get Bad
Post by: grog on Friday, 02 February 2024, 06:52 PM
Tonight followed MT09 rider for around 10 ks. He stood it up every chance, even at 100 kph. Did swerve thing, lane to lane, both hands, one hand and no hands. Full on race to car in front then a huge stoppie, then wheelstand. Riding in shorts n tshirt. Number plate tilted up so cant read. These pricks make my blood boil.

And when the inevitable happens, they always look for someone to blame.

We have the guys on the off road bikes who ride with no helmet, no lights and number plate, just balaclavas.

When they inevitably bin it, it will go quiet for a while, until the next arsehole has a go..  :rofl2:

There's old bikers, there's bold bikers, but there are no old bold bikers

There's a recent Dandanthefireman video on YouTube - thumbnail says skip to 4:05 so easy to find, And when you do skip to it you see a rider, riding pretty much crazily similar to the sort of thing you describe.

AND the inevitable outcome. Dan discusses the likely injuries given the footage available (indicating mechanism of injury). Not pleasant.
