While driving Hooli, forgot that part.

I assumed you meant while driving. I do see some people really distracted by eating or drinking at times. But I really can't see a justification for banning it. No wonder you lot are still called the prison island

That's mental, can't drink a water while driving?  Not like it's hot over there or anything I guess.

Just as an FYI, you can actually drink a beer while driving here, you just can't be over the legal limit when doing it.  True,    but don't think I'd like to try that one.

I think it's the same re-beer here, but again I won't bother trying it.

Remember that time the State Transport Minister had a drunken rampage in his car through Subiaco leaving a trail of destruction in his wake?
Not one copper had the balls to knock on his door and question about his smashed up car. In the end, no charges and it's called a "mental health issue". Because everyone is equal and safety is so important.

Get burgled here and you wont find a copper within 10 miles.  Tell a trans non binary weirdo there is only male and female and six coppers will turn out to arrest you.

The only time you see coppers around my way is on a Friday night at 9 o'clock when they come to pick up their kebabs. Other than that you only see them when they're on a shout hooning  it through the town centre.

They drive through my village occasionally about 10am, to make sure it's before the scum are awake & they won't see anything.

Utter waste of time.

I don't find a huge difference between the UK and AU. I've lived, worked and traveled a lot in both. Cops here target our local hot spots but I got just the same in North Wales, Matlock Bath, Stratford etc. Cops here chase easy trivial tickets, but I had just the same in the UK with small number plates and loud pipes. Both countries can be a pain for riders but neither spoil the party if you don't let them.

Bike scene is much stronger in the UK, more folk over smaller area is great for Shows, selling and buying, pub meets, track days, bike shops, tuners etc.

Here we have nicer weather and it's waaaay easier to head out to somewhere that's a lot less populated and policed.

I had more tickets and grief in the UK than I have on faster bikes here in AU. Something I have noticed is a huge difference between urban (costal) Australia and rural (inland) Australia. Many Aussies have a drama with cops, cameras, petty fines but obviously they are where the population is. Head somewhere rural and it's very different.
