Bloody hell!   and for the wheel to hit it again after the crash :confused1:  you'd think someone was really out to get ya.

Wow, very lucky to escape that one.  If it had of been a landy the outcome would have been very different.

Not with the new Defender LR663. Amazingly strong vehicles

I've always been a Land Rover fan and the new Defender sucks IMO.

Ineos Grenadier would be more my taste if I had the $.

OK cool - tell me after 12 months how many things have gone wrong and how often it's in the workshop.

A mate used to buy a brand new top of the line Range Rover Vogue every two years. So you could say he was a fan. His last one spent 16 months of the first 24 months of ownership off-the road (as in, under repair by the dealer) and they refused to replace the vehicle for him or offer a long term courtesy car. Even with the intervention of regulatory bodies - their conclusions were only 'recommendations' which LRA duly ignored. Land Rover Australia are right pricks to deal with.

I do love Landies (always have done, my nickname most other places is "LandyVlad" ) and I REALLY hope you don't have any issues. BTW you on AULRO?

You blokes and your Land Rovers. Can beat your 16/24 in dealer story. R1200 BMW mate bought new, 18/24 in dealer shop waiting for some part. No money back, just gotta wait they told him. Now that is top service, Not.

My eldest daughter loved her Landy.
Long story which I won't bore you with, but due to a very nasty ex of hers she can't get her hands on it and it sits unloved under a tarp in a yard :furious:
I class it as a "Proper Landy" and not one of their modern boxes just wearing the iconic Land Rover badge.

1975 i had swb diesel Landy as my workshop ute. Worked in a drive in mine. Drove her down 18 levels, then outside up 4 levels, side of a mountain. Top speed on road was 80 kph. Loved that thing except highway. Could climb that mountain so well, Mate came with me one day, he was scared, had to turn around. Wish wed had phone cameras back then, sure was steep.

I've had my previous K1600 diagnosed for trouble at the official Dealership in WA and if the computer can't tell them what's wrong they're hopeless. Only thing they're really good for is turning off the service light.

that is a proper S3 130. Nice. Can't try a sneaky midnight raid to get it out its current predicament? Shame to let it just sit there.
