Sadly riding through the winter with all the salt on the UK roads has taken its toll on my horns :bugga:

guess an after market upgrade to a loud one it is :)
When mine died due to salt I upgraded to the cheapest ones I could find. I only use the horn for the MOT so didn't see any point spending more
I'd just clean it up, prime it and spray it black :onya:
If it still works, I would do the same. there is always a tin of satin Black on the shelves at Dibley Towers

But that will make the bike slower !!! :rofl2:
Rusty horn, thats a problem for a lot of us old blokes. And no, im not rubbing mine down and spraying it black.
Notty, have these ebay $30 jobs on mine. Easy fit, look good on bike, sound real good.Much better than stockers. Have lasted 5 yrs so far.I did extra coat of paint when bought. Looks like my fan cover needs some too, only noticed in pic. Ill send link if you cant find them. 245A6643-625C-4256-BD96-90120F89AA0D.jpeg
I have a pair of 'Klaxon' brand horns on mine. They came from a secondhand front end clip supplied to repair an insurance job. I do have a chuckle when the Warrant of Fitness inspector tests the horn function. Obviously he's expecting a quiet jappa bike horn squeak. Haha...not so !!
