Title: Newb question - do I need to get a battery cover?
Post by: j_rider on Monday, 03 October 2022, 11:32 PM
Have been a bit hesitant so far to store anything under the seat as my 14 doesn't have the black plastic cover for the battery compartment.

Other than hitting up some local wreckers, anyone got an easy DIY solution or aftermarket source cost effective from Australia? Safe to just fashion a 'cover' from something like Coreflute?

Maybe they've moved but I think you'll find they're closed. It looks like a kitchen shop now.

That's a shame. Had bought a few things from there over the years.
