Just as I was arriving home a few minutes ago, stopped the bike and while waiting for the garage door to open noticed the engine kinda stuttering as if 1 or more cylinders were misfiring, also noticed last curve going up she didn't respond as should. Exhaust sound was different also, more rough/coarse. Noticed the rpm was lower than should be (+-1000), tried fine-tuning the idle but very poor response when turning the screw. Checked TPS and STPS a few weeks ago, vacuum hoses, ignition coil values, earth cable, new battery. Just haven´t swapped the igniter plugs, they´ve got around 30.000 km (19000 miles); I know... But checked the plugs that time and looked good: colour, gap, general condition; NGK Iridium. They were in the shopping list before this anyway. Any thoughts? Thanks.
Presuambly you're not running out of petrol? if not then possibly one of the two filters is blocked?

@Jeykey In reference to Snapey's comment (above) - see this thread https://gsx1400owners.org/forum/index.php?topic=1610.0
Definitely worth checking, and even if the clip is in place, carrying the mod out
Thanks guys, didn´t remember the fuel clip. Will definitely check it. About a year ago when I cleaned the teabag it seemed like new, I just left it like that.
Found the culprit! Mod done.
Great result Jeykey & good on you for reporting back. :onya: A lot of people ask for help but don't bother replying with the outcome. If they did it might help others with a similar problem.
