Says the tune available is for european stock exhaust and stock intake?

Downloaded maps are always a grey area to get you in the ballpark. It'd still need the auto-tune options or some dyno time if you want it done right.

I assume it'd need a lamba sensor adding too, so the autotune etc can function.

I know for more modern stuff they sell wide band sensors to replace the standard narrow band stuff, so I'd assume you just fit a wide band in the appropriate place
