Hi all,
I'm about to service the front forks for the first time.
I have been checking the adjustments, setting them to factory etc so I can try and tune them better for me. The top adjuster (Damping force) is suppose-to be 7 clicks out from fully in etc. Mine only comes out 6 clicks.
How many "clicks" is it suppose-to be from full in to full out?
Cheers,
NQAUS
Start with working out your sag settings first 👍
I suspect you'll find when you open the forks that the nut on the damper rod isn't in the right place. It should be 11mm from the end of the rod.
Thanks for that, I'll be taking them apart in the morning so I'll have a look.
Cheers.

Spot-on Hooli, first time I've done the forks since I've had her, and the nut was wound all the way down.
Sorted now.
Cheers!
Nice easy fix then, glad it sorted your bike out.
