Title: Continental
Post by: Irish in Oz on Wednesday, 20 April 2022, 06:50 PM
I dropped in to see a mate that does a bit of tyre testing yesterday and he noticed I had put on Pirelli GT2's. He said they are a good tyre suited for that bike, he then proceeds to tell me that the ContiRoad Attack 4 are very good he can get his knee down in the wet. So I will be sticking with the Angels.

I'd agree Conti grip is exceptional  :hat:
However it comes at the price of a lack of longevity in tyre wear  :whatever:

When i had Diavel, it had super sticky tyres. Corsa somethings? To be honest, i couldnt notice difference to Angels on 14. Both stuck good enough for me. Race track different i guess.

Most tyres are capable of well more than most riders will put them through.
