Title: VF1000F Fork Seal replacement
Post by: Globalrider on Thursday, 26 August 2021, 01:41 PM
Did the fork seals on the VF1000F Interceptor today - fairly easy job - now for some new Pads as old one contaminated! Good clean up and reassemble. Good for a Weekend Blat!

GSXKING - Not sure if 58 years of necessity to fix your own machine is qualified and I did work in a summer time job putting Hardley Fergusons together - still can get the stench out of my head! I have also tried to drink every bar dry without success and the wife says I have a terrible affliction with now only 8 bikes and 5 MGs all of which need constant attention .....like her! So am I qualified? Yes as a Master of a ship but as a honorary member of Hull Nautical College as a MFA (Master of F@@K All) I will leave that to you!
