Looks like Suzuki parts, but K5 onwards had them built in & they didn't look like that.
Doesn't look like its off a 1400 to me, just checked the part number on Robinsons and its on offer from £95 to £30 approx
The same seller has another type listed for a gsx1300/1400 & others which looks more like it

I'm sure that the same seller had some other 1400 parts listed a few weeks ago that didn't look quite right
