Title: Rear shock compression dial
Post by: gmars70970 on Friday, 23 July 2021, 03:17 AM
After doing fork seals & oil change decided to look at the rear shocks now.

I had already sorted the preload out & refilled with oil, but the compression dial always bothered me as wasn't convinced it was working.
And sure enough..... the rubber dial was spinning on the spigot so not hearing any clicks. So no idea if i was on setting 1 or 4 .
Got both dials off, used flat on spigot to determine where it was sitting and sure enough both shocks were at different settings !!

Everything back together now, moving freely and hopefully works well with the front end now.

So just a wee heads up if your not hearing clicks on the compression setting it could just be spinning on the spigot & not goosed.
