Have been listening to audio books on Utube recently. Find they send me off to sleep without the book falling out of my hands, hitting me in the chops and waking me up.
My interest is mainly around the 2nd WW. Some great stories. Some of the battles in Russia and the German retreat from there are fascinating.
Thought I'd mention them as l know some of you blokes have a similar interest.
:onya:
been listening to audio books for years - in the car - when cant get to sleep (not in the car) - in office - like most things
I hope you've been watching/listening to War Stories with Mark Felton on YT !
(As well as his normal YT channel Mark Felton Productions)
Yes his channel l enjoy. Blood Red Snow is a 3 or 4 part story worth a listen. 'Tigers in the Mud' also Vlad.
Not for me thanks.
Reading is for pleasure & people talking is almost always an annoying noise.
