Title: Hyabusa throttle bodies
Post by: seth on Friday, 12 March 2021, 07:16 AM
Ive read that hyabusa throttle bodies fit the gsx.
Has anyone done this ?
Got any details of what year and what's involved ?
It might be a quicker easier option than getting mine bored out to 36mm.
Cheers

I thought they had the wrong spacing? but that's just a faint memory from some thread on the old Org.

That's why I'm asking as I thought the gsx1400 spacing was unique to it.
But following my nose on an Internet rumor.

Seth, my brain will kick in eventually to remember this discussion.  Was on old org. 14 spacing is unique from memory. Someone did post, pics as well, of a mod to fit gsxr body. 34 mm is 14 size? Took it up to around 40. Was very detailed, cutting, drilling etc. Just not in my brain at moment. Im trying hard to remember.

@grog thanks I thought this was the case too but it came up the other day so thought I'd ask the question just to get it right in my head too.
