I used to watch Formula one every week it was on since the 80's but stopped watching it because of this racist idiot, now I find this on the news. I hope he retires soon so I can watch it again.

Do you know - I'm exactly the same. Missus was only saying how when she met me in the early 90's I used to be on the edge of the seat watching F1. Mansell, Senna, Hill, Prost etc. Now? Couldn't give a rats arse about it, sad.
An utter racist bellend indeed.
Mind you F1 got boring long before he used it as a political platform.
Ditto - sure he only just realised he is black !!

If you ever hear his dad drone on, he's been programmed from birth to be a racist idiot.
Never watch Formula 1 these days. Seems a shame the record books will show Hamilton as the greatest driver ever. My belief is that his machinery has been a class above of the others.
Suppose l might feel more charitable towards him if l found his personality more agreeable.
Am truly sick of the racist divide that is becoming a festering sore around the planet.
Rant over !
Sorry I don't mean to offend anyone but black people are not the only people on this plant all people claiming Black Lives Matter Well all lives matter
Well I am sorry but what has Louis Hamilton done wrong here. It won't be anything to do with Louis personally just his legal team, The guy is too rich to care personally and lives on another planet compared to us. Hate him for whatever reason you like as many Brits do. We seem to hate anyone who wins. But throwing the race card at the guy is out of order. Many sportsman (women) live outside the U.K. to save tax not just Louis, many sports people are arrogant, many speak out for their particular causes and many have businesses based on their fame and hence their name which becomes a trade mark. Many top athletes (sportsman/women) have lawyers who are paid to ensure their trade mark is not violated .
Not many sportsman are the Greatest of all Time and certainly not whilst still active. The guy is a fuxxing legend and should be appreciated as such. Get off his case and celebrate a national sporting great😄🤗🤗🤗🤗👏👏👏👏👏😋
A few years ago, at work we were getting the yard remarked. As it was a concrete surface most paint came off in a winter. The company they brought in also marked up F1 racetracks. With their specialist paints.
Obviously we got wind of who they also work for, and the lads showed us all the photos of the F1 drivers laughing and joking, pushing the paint trolly. There was one absentee from the pics. LH. Why? He didn't indulge in anything like this. All drivers used to stay as near to the circuit as possible except one. LH. He would be miles away. Words like so far up his own arse were banded about. At the time - 5/6 years ago. Nobody had a good word to say about him...
I'd rather paint a door and watch it dry than watch F1..So boring!
And don't even get me started on that racist tw*t Hamilton :furious: :furious:
Let's steer this thread away from the racism discussion and back in the direction of Hamilton and F1, eh.

Of course he'd be aware of it. And could certainly put a stop to it. Has no chance of succeeding anyway.
Never had any time for him (don't hate him just found him boring, just like I found Michael Schumacher boring)
Yes undoubtedly he had the best machinery - but then so did Schumacher, and many other historic champions.
Irrespective of anyone's feelings on the man himself, he is unquestionably one of the best
driving talents F1 has ever had.
But unfortunately for F1, that doesn't make him entertaining to watch.
It's likely a generational thing but I agree absolutely with:

Yes those were the days! That epic Senna/Prost rivalry. Mansell managing to jam his large frame into an F1 car.
And Murray Walker was the best ambassador F1 ever had.
Remember that rainy Adelaide race "Spin, Spin, Spin, goes Nigel Mansell"
Yep Walker was priceless "Unless I'm very much mistaken.. and I am... "

Not really in the same league as Schumacher, Benetton were nowhere when he won his first two titles and Ferrari were in dire straights when he moved there so he had to start from virtually nothing with two teams. Lewis has always been with the best team so had a very easy time of it, put him in an ordinary car and see what he does.
Damon Hill and Johnny Herbert unfortunately do fall into that category though.
Formula 1 isn't a real motorsport anyway... too many wheels.
Yes especially the one they keep losing when they forget to do up there wheel nuts :rofl2: :rofl3:
Overpaid prima-donna !
Insane money has killed sport worldwide. Here is a prime example of someone who thinks he`s bigger than the society that pays him. Sadly, he`s not alone in the sports world...... :furious:
He couldn't outrun the 'rona.
Moat people would be worried about having contracted Coronavirus but Lewis says he is 'devastated' at not being able to get most wins in one season this year.
QuoteSeven-time F1 champion Lewis Hamilton has broken his silence after testing positive for coronavirus ahead of the Sakhir Grand Prix.
:rofl2: What silence is that?
...Instagram, saying he was
Quote"gutted" to be missing out on the Sakhir Grand Prix.
Quote"I'm devastated that I won't be racing this weekend.
and in the same message

It does seem to be an ongoing phenomenon especially in sports of all sorts. The American Footballer that took a knee is another who needs a frontal lobotomy. Way too much money to play a sport they originally played because they "LOVED IT" .
Rant over :furious: :furious: :furious:

What good is a trolley if it can't get over the speed humps at the shopping centre?
