I think that's what they call the Bathurst 1000. What a boring procession. I watched the start and less than one lap but when I came in for lunch I asked my son why they're going so slow. Something about showers he said so the race is slowed because slicks are shit on damp roads. So instead of changing to different rubber we see a procession at three quarter pace until there's a dry line. This is not racing you V8 wankers.

I'm so glad I was around in the early '70's to watch Bathurst when it was a great race and not just fast parade laps like the current offerings.

Have they started on the new motorcycle track yet.
