Does anyone know what temperature the engine runs at .
Using an infered temp gun the cylinder head is up to 160 C
The oil cooler fan cuts in as it should . Just thought the cylinder head was a bit hot ?

As for the temp of the head? Sounds like one for

The oil fan cuts in at 120c & out at 108c, so I'd assume the engine was a bit hotter than that.
Pretty std engine surface temp. Nothing to worry about, just don't touch it, hot enough to grill a steak on (or your leg, don't ask how I know....)
