Sleepy doggo

Rhodesian Ridgebacks sleep about 48 hours a day. I'm going to build him a sitting box on the back using my Givi frame as a chassis for the box, Inspired by the lady who runs Tasmanian Motorocycle Transporters who I used to freight my bike from Victoria. She also has a GSX1400 and built a cool doggo's box to take her doggo with her on tours. He loved it apparently. Mine loves sticking his whole head out the window when driving so I'm hoping he'll enjoy the ride as well.

I couldn't do that with a dog, I'd worry too much about them to enjoy the ride. I drive a lot more careful if I've got a dog in the car with me.

Yeah she's awesome and she knows how to tie down a bike (from the axles; letting the bike bounce). She uses transporters who usually only ship bikes. She's been doing it for 16 years and shipped the "$1.37 million Black Lightning 8 times". She's got a 360,000km GSX1400. She advised and encouraged me with mine.

Some doggos love it. Mine loves the car and is the one with his head right out in the air as I drive along. Makes me laugh. The lady bike transporter (above) says her dog loved it and would sit happily on 1,200km day trips and then be the first one back on the bike. But you have to know and trust your dog. It's a scary idea I know what you mean.

Oh I trust the dog, I just wouldn't want to put it at that level of risk if anything happened.

360,000km? that's 224,000miles. I'll need to catch up at some point then!
