06 R1 front end with lsl wheel on my 14

Hi, I'm looking to do this front end conversion, what wheen did you have to use

That's interesting.
I've been measuring up a few front ends.
I'd imagine an R1 front end would be considerably shorter than a GSX14 one.
I'm currently doing some homework on thread in extensions and stepped top yokes.
I'd love to hear more about how you get on with it.

Would look great on my bike with the black anodised yokes I designed and had made ... something to think about for the future :)

one thing I know is the USD forks from a GSXR1100 L/M/N are the longest forks that suzuki made and are great for the likes of bandit's, the more modern USD forks tend to be shorter. but finding a good set of GSXR11 forks is getting really hard and if you do they are not cheap.

I have a fighter'd GSXR1100 WP ('94) with a knackered engine, but the rest of the bike is in really good nick ... not sure of difference in fork length, but I really don't want to break it, such a waste!

im pretty sure the early WP forks are the same as the oil cooled gsxr's
