We've got a system at work that demands a 20 character password including capital & numbers for 'security'.

Been there done that. I am having an issue with Optus at present because I can't remember my old password and it's doing my head in.  :confused1: :confused1: :confused1:

GSX, have you been to optus shop? They are brilliant where i live. Have made stuff so easy for me and wife.
