Yes, the mans a genius - anyone seen his Kawa (ex triple) specials? I`ve seen a couple of his bikes - not only are his engineering skills unbelievable, but the final finish is nothing less than awesome.

Indeed saw a selection of his machines - including the Kawa triples (or should that be quadruples?) down at Prescott Hill climb. Some fantastic engineering, the man is a genius
Brilliant bike, his work is unbelievable. Have also looked at his others. Yeah, hes pure genius.
Great note and paint.
Wow
Now, if only he decides to do same mod to a 14. 6 cylinder 2100cc. Imagine the sound with those Campbells 3 per side.

Now that WOULD be something......!
Allen has been bored with the lockdown and has done a number of vids on his build of the super six.
And anyone in any doubt about how his bikes perform look at these vids from the states.

That guy is an absolute genius, saw him at a show 20 years ago, here's a couple of his V8 Kawasaki's.
Genius isn't a big enough word in my book, but I can't think of a greater word.
Maybe Magician Lawrie. Hes just incredible with what he does. Ive spent hours watching his builds. He just seems to do it all so easily, impossible stuff i mean. That V8 1600, just the best.
Here's a few more photo's of his genius from when I was a Prescott Hill climb the other year. Superb! Love the V10 Viper engined machine!
Great ingenious engines. Unfortunately he doesn't apply his mind to the suspensions and brakes.

It'd sound crap like everything does with campbells.

Agreed but the whole point of Allen's transformations are to make them look as if they were original "lost" factory prototypes, it's not done to increase performance, that's just a happy by-product.

However, he is more than capable of making the rest of a bike too. He has made his own frames, fairings, brake drums etc when he deems it appropriate. Have you seen his 6 cylinder Honda race bike replica? Awesome! Hand made frame, engine alloy fuel tank, seat and fairing, exhausts etc. He also made his front brake double sided drum system. I think he made the frame and cycle parts for his massive Aero engine V twin. He's also a very nice chap to talk to. I wish I had an ounce of his skills!
Keep safe Chip
