Thats it, i'm done now, just finished the 1959 BMW R50, 100% total nut & bolt restoration, managed to do everything myself.
:smitten: :drool:
I`m not familiar with these early BMW`s, but it looks a cracking job lawrie :onya:
Stunning as usual Lawrie, absolutely stunning.
But the last one.....ok, until the next one. Mate you are just too good at these restorations to stop, they are an absolute credit to your skill and patience
Lawrie that's epic!

How much time do you think realistically you've sunk in to it ? :whatever:
Sensational job Lawrie :clapping:

ps
Great restoration btw :onya:
Sorry Milts, that really IS the last one!!
Numb-nuts here has dropped a king sized bollock however, poured a bit of fuel in yesterday, a drip or two ran down the tank & started to dissolve my carefully applied white pinstriping. :furious:
Didn't realize at the time about the quality of paint, obviously NOT fuel proof, got to get it off & do it again.
Many thanks for kind comments fellas.
If you wanna be really crazy chrome the whole tank and then paint it all out except the pinstriped part.... :cool:
Then it wouldn't be a restoration! Would look good though :8:
Nice job done there
@lawrie :onya: :onya:
