Handy? Yep.  But seriously you can buy a perfectly good multimeter for that price.

sure can Vlad. i have cheap and expensive ones. try lying up under a dash and reading a multimeter, this just makes it much easier.

True...I wouldn't be without my multimeter.
I hijacked it from work because they'd diagnosed it as faulty and got a new one...It was only a loose battery connection :imrgreen:

agree totally about fluke, mine was around 400 bucks 25 yrs ago. my everyday work one, they can get lost, reason i use cheapies for work, is a 40 buck digitech. on my second one. totally reliable.

Though sometimes its a thin line between lost and nicked, eh....
