a very good tool, combines ease of test light with voltage readout. http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Power-Circuit-Tester-DC-6V-24V-Digital-LCD-Display-LED-Probe-Tool-/272552411016?hash=item3f7563bf88:g:NewAAOSwcBhWZBxp
Handy :onya:
Handy? Yep. But seriously you can buy a perfectly good multimeter for that price.
sure can Vlad. i have cheap and expensive ones. try lying up under a dash and reading a multimeter, this just makes it much easier.

True...I wouldn't be without my multimeter.
I hijacked it from work because they'd diagnosed it as faulty and got a new one...It was only a loose battery connection :imrgreen:
I have an old flue one and its never let me down - its automatic so easy for a dullard like me to use
Good kit Fluke..But not cheap.
agree totally about fluke, mine was around 400 bucks 25 yrs ago. my everyday work one, they can get lost, reason i use cheapies for work, is a 40 buck digitech. on my second one. totally reliable.
The why is it your second one?
As i said, they get lost
Well, that's a good answer, and so true !
Though sometimes its a thin line between lost and nicked, eh....
