this bikes rear shocks are staring to get on my nerves, out today with Doggo everything fine, when I got home noticed tell tale oil sitting in lower shock mount and a couple of drips on the ground. This was on a shock that I've eliminated the preload adjuster so that means it's coming out the main rod
Soooo YSS shocks with the remote resevoir, are they any good, anybody using them, according to blurb they make 2,000,000 a year, I don't want to go spunking over £1000 on a set of Ohlins, any other decent alternatives that aren't Hagons
Nitrons were recommended to me by a shop here in Australia.

Lifetime warranty, but still over 1000 quid though...
Bob, you obv. dont like Hagons, any reason.
Bob, Ikon get good reviews. Were Koni. Ive had a few sets on other bikes without problems.
Back in the day koni were always quality but not expensive shock and rebuildable.
Everyday a school day I didn't know they changed name

Fitted these a few weeks ago.
Very good to me.
Tho the previous shocks were busted and were only there to hold the seat up from hitting the back wheel!!

I apologise for the filth on the bike. That's what 600km a week in Irish weather does
My comparison is between a pair of shocks that were none existent,to the point that when the bike was on the centre stand the 2 wheels still touched the ground!!!
So these ones are luxury in comparison!!!
I'm unsure how they compare to a working original pair of shocks
