, Engine. Ported and flowed fast road cams, power commander , pod filters custom map running 136bhp at wheel
Full akropovic exhaust with it looks to me cut down silencer,
Starlane Quick shifter and domino Quick Action Throttle
Thug billet yokes holding gsxr1000k2 forks, rebuilt and revalved for gsx weight. JMC deep braced swingarm, yss fully adjustable shocks ( really rate these)
Brakes are Braking wavy discs, sbs pads, braided hoses and brembo master cylinder, ( It stops !)
Renthal bars , jack up blocks for  rear shocks, Renthal aprockets 
lots of the nuts and bolts replaced with lightweight items
Frame powdercoated at same time as wheels.
standard k3 paint with tail tidy undertay
has dealer switch and 12v take off for satnav etc under seat.

Left to do maybe swap to radial forks and respray to skoal bandit colours but we will see .

As an option regarding changing to radial forks, you can get caliper adaptors that enable you to fit radial calipers to the forks that you have already fitted. My mate Pete fitted some to his Busa a few years ago.
He found them on Ebay. They came over from the USA.

Yeah, one nice bike. Your options are top of the tree. One of the best.
