Hi everyone, I'm selling my old 6 pots in search of some 4's. I know the toxico equivalents that will fit but does anyone know of any Nissins that are a straight swap? If anyone has done this I'd appreciate any feedback and if it was worth it.
Also can anyone else confirm that all 14's had the 63mm hole centres on the calipers as some have reported 90mm?
Thanks
Paul
I tried to get the Nissins from a ZX9r F2p to fit - Granted didnt try too hard but they fouled on the disc - Im almost positive that the 14's are all a 63mm centre
the Toks on the 14's should have alloy pistons which stop them seizing . . . or are meant to stop them seizing
how much are you after for your ones ?

The 90mm Tokico's are oem fitment on gen 1 Hayabusa's, ZRX Kawasaki's, ZX7R's, srad 750's and TL1000R's. Obviously these dont fit but if they have the alloy pistons and they are cheap they can be used for spares as I believe the piston diameter's are the same. Ultimately six pot calipers are old technology and there more m odern solutions with better braking available.
some one on the old org got an adapter to fit radial calipers to a 14 they came from china but looked good quality and made of good metal
think the company did converter kits for normally mounted calippers to
all very reasonably priced.
:google:
I'll see what i can find
If I recall correctly it was Veemanzero who did that? He's joined on here but not posted anything up yet (probably rebuilding his 14 still), but he may know Seth
thats it vince
he must be deep in the rebuild .
ive corrected china too
this is the ones vince put on his - there a bit more expensive than the others listed
