64 today OMG ! It's flown by, especially the last 4 years since I retired- all the aches and pains are getting worse and I reckon may b the last year for the 14 - in Cornwall with Mrs Notty celebrating a d its herr birthday Sunday - we shared our 18th birthday party - been together since we were 17 - in shock this morning not bcos of my age but having to pay £5.25 for a pint of Cornish lager last nite !!! Pastie day today :)

Just a chicken Notty. 64 in September myself. Had a few medical stories but still here. Get a Pilates roller and learn some stretching exercises, youll have 14 for another 20 yrs. Really worth the effort.
