Went to bed about 9pm.
Up before 5am this morning.
31 degrees C here today.
Did Mitchelton 5K Park Run at 6.30am.
Ran a 36:00.
Drove up to Chermside for their 5K Park Run at 8.30am.
Ran a 35:39.
Very fine effort Tony, back to back runs. :hat:

Enjoy Kiwi, mines just to work. Tomorrow is Diavel, needs fuel and a run. Such a pity to leave better bike in shed. I enjoy 14 no matter how far, Diavel is a chore. Except front brakes, they are just amazing. Unbelievable how good.
