i watched in full screen. really like as being on bike. that ride would drive me crazy, so much traffic. rain doesnt worry me, just the cleaning after.

Yeah I should really cycle, its not a bad ride but Taunton is a fairly major town for the area so lots of traffic!

Good video Bikerface. Roads look very narrow and parking looks tricky.
Wondering if you go anywhere near Staple Grove. Not sure if thats an area or road.
Wife has relo's that live there.

Yup I pretty much ride right past it!  :grin: at about 4mins in that's going through staplegrove you can see the post office on the left

Nice video, Don`t like driveing in the rain either, cleaning the bike isn`t half as difficult  as cleaning it after a nice sunny day ride with lots of bugs.

We have had an absolutely amazing summer this was like the first rainy ride to work in weeks!

Yep. The weather was actually decent this summer in n ireland too (it rains here all the bloody time!)
I hate the rain. As i get a bit older i avoid rain like the plague.

I rode the bike to work for two days out of three this week. Got up yesterday morning and the wind was so strong they were close to closing the Severn bridges, so I took the car...Glad I did as it was rough as hell :shocked:

my day here was 38c, full on humidity. nearly killed me mowing for two hours. at 6pm a 30k se change came, temp dropped 11 degrees in 10 minutes. now have a huge storm front coming. certainly a varied day.

At least it was £6 cheaper than last month.  :whistling:
