Hello all, just purchased my first 14, got rid of the bird cause I'm in my fifties now and don't want to go to jail.
What can I say, what an engine. Got a k3 with 37k miles and she runs sweet as, only thing is I need to sort out the handling as the right rear shocker has a slight weep and one of the adjusters is seized.
Fine looking machine. Think I've found my keeper.
Cheers.

To all things 1402
There's a fix for the shocks just do a search and it'll come up .
Barmy has done a section for new owners on what to check and how to fix it so go have a good look around .

Welcome to the forum from Australia (ex-Kidderminster UK)
Rear shocks are actually not bad (compared to some bikes originals) when they are in good order. Sadly they do have a few issues that many have experienced.
Tony.
