Rather than buy a heap of disposable earplugs it wouldn't take too long to defray the cost of a pair of the earmold plugs.
Wondering who has / uses these and what your impression of them is? (no pun intended)

I had been looking at other options including electronic plugs for my shooting, but they are evidently not good at dealing with droning / wind noise and riding, that is my main concern.
Thanks
That's what I'll be doing when I get my next pair of hearing aid ear pieces, use the old ones as ear plugs - gotta block them off first though.
I did look at mouldable ear plugs but found they were relatively expensive at least in the Eu. The reviews I read didn't rate them as highly as good quality disposables (especially for motorcycle use) for overall noise reduction but were relatively comfortable. I decided to stick with disposables.... also more hygienic in my view.
The custom ear pieces are designed to be re-used & washed when needed. I agree that I wouldn't be sticking grubby earpieces back in my ear, that's yuk, but just wash them in warm water or a wipe over with a tissue is all that's required.
If you have lots of wax build up in your ear canal, leading to 'grubby' ear plugs, I'd suggest you get this cleaned out prior to using any plugs, else you're asking for trouble.
Oi! You implying I can grow tatties in ma lugs? :happy1:
Nope, not at all bro. Just in general, no one specific.
