I went to the Netley Marsh autojumble today, down near Southampton. Not a great day out, the traffic was terrible and most of the stallholders were already packing up by the time I got there. But what did I park next to in the bike park?
This:
I can appreciate the effort, but not for me.
I think I've seen that at Squires.
Personal taste, but race rep paint on a retro bike looks a bit odd to me.
It was really designed for fairings and Sportsbike bodywork.
I'd make an exception for the ZRX in Eddie Lawson colours.
Saw that for sale on eBay a few years back
Well it's not my cup of tea either, I like my bike standard. But what are the odds of randomly parking next to another 14?
I appreciate the effort that has gone it to produce a very professional looking paint job and it is certainly unique I think. :clapping: :clapping: :clapping: :boogie:
Looks awsome
looks stupid to me. so many better options.
It's been a regular on eBay.

Regularly sold or just regularly listed?
If it's a good bike maybe buy, repaint, and sell for a profit ?!
Probably the paint putting people off.
race rep colours look fine on a race rep bike.... not on a 14...just doesn't look right to me.
A bit loud for me colour wise, but nice to see something different, for me personally now I've done it, I couldn't live with the following as standard:
Alloy swing arm
Shovel plastic
STD Bug eye indicators
That Effin exhaust
But there again as a kid I was the only one in white football boots :imrgreen:
Not my taste but very well done no the less .
As already said, a lot of time, effort and money have gone into the bike. Not really my taste to be honest and also it becomes a "Thief magnet"

I'd make a crap bike thief then.
I'd steal a stock colour one, blue and white ? Panels are easy to shift or bike could be re-birthed and would blend it. A one off paint job like that would be easy to spot and trace ?
My insurance questioned my Alford Azure Blue Hayabusa. I said why would anyone steal it when it's a one off that's easier to trace and cheaper to repair with a quick respray and no genuine Suzuki new panels.
