Hi, bought a 2007 K5 a while back, great bike. It actually says K5 on the logbook, but on the radiator cover it says "Final Edition", has someone just bought this cover, or is it really a K7. Any easy way to tell?, thanks
K5 was the first "Final Edition" - then Suzuki released the K6 as a "Final Edition", then the K7 as a "Final Edition" - Confused ?
The number reflects the year the model was made, so K5 - 2005, K6 2006, K7 2007.
Simple answer is that the K5/6/7 were all exactly the same, the only change that Suzuki made over those models was the paint work.
As for the radiator cover, then someone has bought that and fitted it to it, as, as standard, no GSX1400's had radiator covers, only radiator end caps.
Great, thanks for your help
