In case you're looking for one.
There's 2 on ebay, one is a 'direct replacement', the other is a 'handmade'.
The former arrived, some bent fins ( irksome ) and a dink on 3 of the oilways, 2 inconsequential, one having been brazed repaired prior to factory painting. I could braze the one I have if I wanted a repaired one. Seller assures me 'not made in china, but made by people who make stuff for JCB'; I wondered if he meant like the JCB orbital sanders that last 3 days, the levels that are never level, or the workboots that last almost as long as the orbitals, the "quick-shatter" posidrives? ( to name a few buys) Whilst the bloke was friendly and helpful enough, I didn't want to risk a replacement.
So I went and bought the handmade one & the JCB cooler can go back.
I don't care which one you bought, but this is just a bit of feedback, in case you're in the market for one soon - you can make your own choice.

Folk just don't look through the forum or use the search button .
Unlike Facebook everything here is always available :frustrated:
Look and if you can't find then ask

Ok, so others have received repaired rads too? Great, well, I'll be sure to do a search next time " should I buy from this person, in case I find it has been repaired "... What a load of total bollocks.
I don't know why moderators get so bloody uptight about posts... if there are no new, even of perhaps repeat experiences, then your forum has already run its course and can be resigned to a database...
Uptight sewing circle women, it's even worse than the facebook nonsense.
Would be good to know who sold you junk so we don't have the same bad experience as you did. Links to good and bad would be highly appreciated.
I'm locking this post before it gets out of hand.
PWM - us "moderators" don't get uptight about posts - all I pointed out was that this has been discussed before.
For reference (from PWM's original post) there are 3 oil coolers on eBay at present, 2 from Coolex and one from Car Cooling as follows:
