Can you suggest the best black paint to touch up the odd scrape and stone chip to the frame (Black) please..
I have a small tin of Black enamel model makers paint..
I wondered if that would be suitable (or not)?
Smooth hammerite does a good job and when cured is as ard as Fu*&.
Thank you mjgt
I think I may have some lurking in my shed.
 I think everyone has some hammerite in their shed, mine has to be over 20 years old but still does the business
I think Piano black is as near a match as you will get - got some here is you need any - its a basecoat so needs a bit of lacquer
I just picked up a "standard" black touch-up paint at Halfords Simon - perfect match (they have these standard colours along the top shelf by the spray paints usually)
