Hi all, one of my fork seal start to leak today and need to replace very soon. I have original fork seals and dust seals spare parts, also looking at the SKF KITG-46K seals. But the SKF is almost double the price of the original parts...any opinion or comment about the SKF seals ? Thanks for any opinion !
one example on selling:

For me a no-go due to the green color of the dust cap (called wiper in the ad) as you can see them.
Take a look at All Balls (supposed to be better than OEM) or Tourmax kits. Should get these for less.
But: you already got the OEM
I'd fit the OEM you've got, they last well in my experience.
Cheap ones off ebay don't, but no idea on the other makes you've suggested.

What he said :onya:
OEM for sure but i can remember Kawa ones same at less bucks. Seals nowhere the prob they used to be. Ive written this before, told by my suspension guru. A lot on here dis agreed. His advice was wipe off with wd40, after every wash, then oily rag wipe over. Works for me.
Dear mates, Thanks for the opinions ! :hat: So I will stay with the OEM set.
Maybe try the SKF at next time, attracted by the brand's big name and want to find out how it performs.
