Pleasantly surprised to get up to this lot today,,

Remind me what month it is?????
Crazy weather
2nd of April Brisbane 30 deg with humidity holy crap on a cracker nice riding weather though :boogie: :boogie:
Daylight saving finished yesterday. Feels like we have been thown into winter. Dark at 5.45 tonight. Wife said the electric blankets going on next time she changes the bed.......l suggested we get some fire starters to have at the ready.
We must be getting soft.
Was a beautiful day for a ride today but too many nutter holiday drivers on the roads for me.
the weather has been all over the place for the last 5 years or so !! not so much whats the weather this week or even whats the weather today ?? more like whats the weather going to do in the next hour !! ???
Blue sky's, warm 20 degrees, super dry roads. :riding:
Vive la France.
@Daytona - how can you possibly describe that as 'pleasant' ?
Vlad,I'd only just got out of bed and couldn't spell horrified,
It wasn't all over...
Surely bike and car covers would be sensible - super easy to remove and take the snow and ice with them the next day.

They are called garage / shed / car port overhere
I can see why they get corrosion & iffy connectors up there. Can't say I'd be too pleased to wake up & see that. Poor wee bike, I feel sorry for it.

Garage/shed is OK, but I haven't seen those VERY impractical covers/rags used in years.
And bikes/cars/equipments on ship are corroding much more under that cover than without it!!
The cover keeps moisture under it self and dont let constructions dry. Tested and confirmed too many times!!
But maybe that cover is great against sun and sand?
Agree, them covers are shite. Doesn't matter what you use! Let it be very humid and even a bed sheets will be damp. I tried these, as well as blankets and "permeable" (made for this purpose) covers. All used inside the garage. As long as humidity is low they all work fine.
i have a sun/rainproof cover. 6 yrs old now. my bike is parked outside at work. without it bike would be wrecked, colour faded, switches etc faded. 1/2 hour for bike to cool, i put it on. our climate may be different, sub tropical &humid. that sun is a killer. oxford covers, uk brand, last one season here. obviously they test for our climate. yes, theyve done it well. my cover i mean. me going to golf without sunscreen, same as not covering bike.
Yes t24 but surely you expect it because Father Christmas lives near you,
+2°C again, out of shed, off we go..
