Id suffer the punishment for Campbells. Always loved them. One day ill change mine to dual cans, have the triple Campbells either side. Heard one once, he took off from local garage. Wow. Not sure if modified but equal to note ive heard. Were loud.

Well that was a major ball ache :furious:
Let's just say that the Campbell Sidewinder was manufactured with very f*cking tight tolerances...In fact they were so tight that there was no way it was just going to slip onto the collector box stub....
So after a lot of work with a flap wheel and rotary metal cutter inside the end of the pipe...With the help of a stout block of wood and a 4lb lump hammer they finally went on.
They look and sound great :boogie: :boogie:

Yes and No ...told her froudy wanted my dual oval and he gave me some old ones that were lying around in his garage..told her my bike is Blue and White as well.. a lot to tell her in the same day :)
Betcha told her £30 also.... :happy1:

Apparently according to John Campbell a lot of these were being stolen as they used to be easy to remove so he changed them to be an exact fit made it neigh on impossible for anyone to steal them at the side of the road.

It would be quicker to use a battery powered disc cutter through the collector box and footrest hanger to get them off..They definitely won't fall off or pull off in a hurry :rofl2:
