Just looking at the stats & I see we have 5 members online, but there are 50 guests reading. It's great there's info on here people want to see, but I feel like a bit of a 'goldfish' - just sayin like . . .
Hey Mick, how about a new smiley? We've got a beer one but not one eating a hamburger or something. Got popcorn, but who eats that?
Can ya even get one that's eating a burger? Dunno.
@VladTepes
Yeah. I'd love to have a means of encouraging people to join up,. or log in, but at the same time I want people to be able to see what we offer !
People have to be logged in members in order to download files from the downloads section.
If you can find a burger eating smiley I can put it up.
Popcorn is necessary as it implies sitting back and watching the world burn....
Allow me to demonstrate:
"Black is the fastest colour but blue and white is for girly-men"
Mike, I've sent an email with the pic's.
I got a look at the Facebook alternative page the other day they get new folk on asking the same old questions all the time over and over .
Has any of the folk here tried to get them to join here ?
I'm not on Facebook.
I think with all the effort put in by members here I do t thing guests should be able read all our posts without having to join.
It's the same on every forum - I can't get worked up about it. We could have the same discussion about people who join and never post - there are a few of them! With over 800 members now, how many actually post on a regular basis - probably less than 5%
I tend to look at guests as potential members, if they like what they see, eventually those that want to comment will participate. You can't force people to do that.
I agree the trouble is the people that join just to get a peace of info and then never come back just take up storage space , the other forum im on has about 3650 members and there is only realy about 10% of us post up regular .
I am a member but very rarely post as i don't have anything worth saying, but i log on every day whilst at work in Iraq and read all new posts and some old, i also have sold my 14 and have a Triumph for now, i don't feel as if i am looking in on a fish bowl, i do feel part of the forum even as a mute member.
Keep up the good work even if not said it is appreciated. :clapping:
look at me if you want, not caring. i try to share, much better informed than me on here. welcome guests, sign in, be a part of us, you must have some great ideas .
'Lurkers' are part and parcel of every forum which is fine by me, I'm on a football one and have never commented in 5 Years plus I only read it when we win so once a month on average

#eggchuckers
Football is a game where all the players on field pretend to be injured for 90 minutes whereas rugby is a game where all players on field pretend not to be injured for 80 minutes,,,,
its a game for hairdressers , waxers and tanning booth owners :stir:
Don't forget B&W 14 riders Shane
Luckily I hardly ever post on here :stir: :whistling:
May they lurk in peace
Football? A gentlemans game played by hooligans.... Rugby? A Hooligans game played by gentlemen...

Thanks for the correction Red........
After the penalty and the kissing and cuddling injured player limps for another moment or two while his nail polish drys !!
