Time to change tyres as the warmer weather starts to creep it's way into the Northern Hemisphere...
going on a lot of recommendations from the guys here... I spoke with my local dealer who can supply a set for 310euro fitted... seem reasonable?
I guess I could get them a bit cheaper but would prefer to support my local Suzuki guy...he's a top bloke who's helped me out more than once :onya:
You'll not go wrong with them
It's always good to support a local friendly guy rather than a place you do cheap as it can work in favour sometimes.
If money is not a big deal, go for it and donate to the dealer.
Angel GT - appears you can't go wrong there. However, the Angel has been on the market for 5 years. Quite a bit of development since then. I'd look at Michelin Road 5, Continental Road Attack 3, and Bridgestone T31.
I'd agree. The new Michelin Road 5 is getting some superb reviews, at this precise time may be a better option than the Angels with later technology. But at the end of the day probably not a lot in it for day to day use.
I put another Angel on the front of mine this morning, A spec of coarse.
I had to for my last big Aussie ride for a while to come. Snowy Mountains and the Victorian Alps which Snapey and Sweaty.
Good stuff Jeff, I didn't know your were coming along. Looking forward to our bon voyage ride & a beer or 2 😉🍻🎉

The new michys are around 25% more expensive... and I'm probably not good enough to recognise the difference anyway :P
Today I put on rims my first set of Angel GT's, with my "hi tech" tyre machines.
I have driven now with my GT's only 70 kms, but so far they seem to be OK.
Jealous of your machines :worshippy:
What's the red Volvo?
Damn fine looking tyre machine :clapping:
@Andre That red one is the famous Volvo
T 24 Super, 1954 model.
My faithful general-purpose machine.
64 years and still looking beautiful :clapping:
