Hi T
It's powder coated red on top of silver crystal with clear top coat 👍
I didn't want the candy fleck element so picked a bluish metallic to match my anodised parts
The bike is going to look awsome !!! .... look forward to seeing the next pic's of progress :clapping:
As well as the wheels I've taken the opportunity to spruce up the shocks, so no more of that nasty shiny stuff for me
Apart from the adjuster thread which I did consider going over!!
It's frickin freezin here so the re build might have to wait week as the old man cave doesn't have heating.
Red
Know what you mean on the man cave ....its bloody cold !... so for that reason ive just bought a diesel blow heater :boogie:
Nice looking wheels Red, the scoota's gonna look pretty sharp with those bolted in.
Have to say l feel for you blokes in the Northern hemisphere. Sounds like many dont have sheds or have man caves that would pass as a refridgerator or even a freezer down here. Hats off to you guys working away in the cold. :onya:

I could only do an hour fruit! it was full on nose dribble and numb fingers!
Just enough time though to wax the wheels, also realised I need a c spanner to put the springs back to the correct setting, I wound them right off to get at the springs
Forecast is -5 tonight
-5 ...... cozy. Hope Mrs Red is warmer than that. :onya:
Yep ! ... its been a long cold winter up to now lets hope we get a good summer for a change ..... pray to the sun god :notworthy:

The original quote did Balloon a bit Vlad! But tbf he put new bearings and valves in and re balanced.
If I'd seen final price before going ahead I may not have done it but having got the wheels now...... worth every penny 🤘
