Netherlands =land of the giants :whistling:
and drink loads of beer to
fantastic beer it is too
Think it's the beer that makes em sprout like that? It's a valid point tho.... every neiderlander I've met has been a tall bugger.. well..taller than me anyway.
You got big feet as well Seth? :rofl2:
average feet
size 9-10 shoes
i don't drink much thesedays getting old

I grew up in the years when free range meat wasn't easily available to public unless you where a farmer yourself. So... I blame it on the cheap chickens filled with free antibiotics and grow hormones ;)
Could be a genetic thing though ... My mum and dad are both above average size.
Regarding drinking: much less and deffo less often since I am a dad: I get zero recovery time granted from my six years old daughter. Can't complain really, she's awake around 07.30u. But that doesn't help when I crawl into bed at 06.00u  but hey, sometimes you gotta feel bad, to recognise the good times :onya:

That, my dear admin, is grown into a landmark these days.
They were designed to extract exhaust gasses from a tunnel under the canal...the "velsertunnel" that tunnel has undergone a major revamp last year and the exhaust ducts are no longer in use, they upgraded the ventilation system with fans.
nice pics
You know I had an inkling it might have been that.....
is the velsen tunnel open again now blubber as it was a right hassle with all the roadworks and alternative routes .
it must have been a total pain for you locals
:frustrated:
Thanks all for your comments.
Seth, Yes it is open again. The main reason for the revamp was to increase height for heavy traffic: on the first day, 3 trucks got stuck :imrgreen:. They only gained about 10cm, that took 9 months :frustrated:
that's crazy
glad its reopened tho the traffic was totally crazy during all the works . :smoke:
Nice looking Bike and great pics/topic Blubber.
I'm glad you asked the question VLAD, I was thinking prision towers.
