It's the UK Government vehicle registration document code - every UK vehicle that uses the UK roads has to have this document. Shows all registration details, registered owner, car details including VIN number etc.

16 for me.  Poo.

Didn't know the v5c question, didn't know cats eyes are red on left in UK (ours are orange - if fitted) High gear down hill on ice??? don't think so & last one wrong was the 2 second rule - changed to 'close but safe' now. That's open to interpretation by the individual, what's a safe distance for 1 will be tailgating to another.

Oh well, not to worry, we don't have icy down hill roads with red cats eyes on the left being tailgated without our home address on a v5c, so all good then.

Yeah Col, i dropped the 2 sec rule one. As far as i am aware and i am an IAMs qualified rider(nearly) the 2 sec rule still applies. Thats what i have been taught in the last few weeks and as far as i know that has not changed..
