GSX1400 Owners .org

Had slight leakage on right leg seal so I ordered new seals and oil. Manual says that there are plastic spacers above springs. While rebuilding found metal tube and 2 washers in each leg instead of plastic spacer. Is it standard or previous owner changed something? K2 model..

have a good look through the old threads as I'm sure something very similar came up a few months ago.
as there are big differences between upto k4 and k5 on forks.

Thank you seth! Just found picture of k2 fork internals...mine are original too  :smile2:

K2-K4 have steel spacers and K5+ have plastic spacers
